Welcome to HeatEver. By using heatever.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Ordering and pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We do our best to keep product descriptions, prices, and availability accurate, but errors can happen. If we find a pricing or description error after you order, we'll let you know and give you the choice to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the product. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock issues, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

You agree to provide current, complete payment information and authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount, including any taxes and shipping shown at checkout.

Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the product to your address. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds

Our return and refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Safe use of the product

HeatEver is an electric space heater. You agree to read and follow the included instructions and all safety warnings — including keeping it on a flat surface, away from flammable materials, and plugged directly into a wall outlet. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse or failure to follow the safety instructions.

Warranty

Each HeatEver unit comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modification. To make a warranty claim, contact us at the email below.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to HeatEver or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
