Refund & Returns Policy

The short version: Try HeatEver at home for 30 days. If it's not for you, send it back for a full refund of the purchase price. We'll cover the return shipping label.

30-day home trial

We want you to feel the difference before you commit. If you're not happy with your HeatEver for any reason within 30 days of delivery, you can return it for a refund. The trial covers normal at-home use — go ahead and actually run it.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@heatever.com with your order number and a quick note about why you're returning it (this helps us improve).
  2. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the heater securely — the original box is ideal — and drop it off with the carrier.

When you'll get your refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. We'll email you when the refund is on its way.

What's refunded

We refund the full purchase price you paid for the product. Because shipping was free on your order, there's nothing extra to refund there, and we cover the cost of the return label for trial returns.

Items we can't refund

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your heater arrives damaged or stops working due to a defect, contact us right away. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice — and you won't need to pay for return shipping. Defective units are also covered by our 2-year limited warranty after the trial period ends.

Exchanges

Want to switch a single unit for a 2-pack, or the other way around? Just email us and we'll sort out the difference and get the right product to you.
