Shipping Policy
We ship every HeatEver order from our fulfillment center in Akron, Ohio. Shipping is free on all U.S. orders.
Processing time
Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed. Severe weather and high-volume periods can add a day or two.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. If you haven't received tracking within two business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email support@heatever.com and we'll look into it.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for the 2-pack, and we don't currently ship internationally.
Wrong or undeliverable address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; a second shipping fee may apply.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Please keep the original packaging if the item is damaged, as the carrier may need to inspect it.
